Shipping Policy:

What do you charge for standard shipping?

Shipping charges are not included in our pricing. Please place your order in the Shopping Cart to view shipping charges.

I just placed an order online. When will I receive my merchandise? makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. Orders for in-stock items placed on business days before 6:00 PM ET (Eastern Time) are generally shipped the same day (subject to order verification). Please note weekend orders, placed on Fridays after 1:00 PM ET will be processed on the following Monday. If there is a problem with your order, you will receive an e-mail within one business day to advise you about the situation.

What do I do if there are damaged or missing items upon delivery?

Damaged in delivery: If there is damage to the package, or if merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us immediately so we can issue a damage claim with the carrier. Please don't return the merchandise without going through these steps, as it delays the replacement of the order or the issuance of a credit.

Missing items: All missing items claims must be reported within five business days of delivery. Contact us to report a missing item from your shipment.

Currently ships throughout the U.S.A and Canada ONLY.

Return and Exchange Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days from shipping from our warehouse, subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization from A return merchandise authorization number can be requested by sending a request from the Contact Us Form. Keep your purchase, accessories, security tags if provided, and all packing materials in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise, or restocking fees. Web and phone order purchases require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged / returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out), and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer’s carton.

In some cases, we may charge you for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such items. All returns must be packed in an outer shipping carton with a valid RMA number written on the outside of the shipping carton. A copy of your original invoice must be included in your return package. Please note: our Returns Receiving Department will refuse any package that does not have a valid RMA number. There are no exceptions.

Please ship your parcel back to us Freight Prepaid. We suggest that you use Fed Ex Ground Service "Insured". Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. All returns take about 7-10 business days to process and for credit to be issued. We recommend a carrier with a tracking number to verify package delivery, until credit is issued. always recommends that the customer includes carrier insurance for the return package for the price of the item(s) purchased.

We will refund the purchase price of the returned item not including shipping fees. Please Print, fill out, sign, and include the emailed RMA form with your package. Send your package to the return address specified on the RMA form. Please allow approximately 7-10 business days after delivery for the return to be processed. If a package is refused by the customer, shipping will be deducted for the cost of shipping to and from the customer. We do not reimburse or refund shipping charges if a third-party shipper is used, such as Mail Boxes Etc., Postal Annex, etc. Note: A signed proof of delivery will be required on all lost package claims. The above guidelines apply to all purchases.
