  • We recommend that you try the Refill Wizard.
  • If you still have questions after using the Refill Wizard, we offer the following guidelines:
  • A Rollerball will ALWAYS have a cap to seal the tip and prevent the ink from drying up whereas Ballpoints will often need only a twist or click to hide the tip.
    Rollerballs will appear wet and will bleed into anything it touches, whereas Ballpoints will appear dry and will not bleed, but will smear.
